Clayton joined Carter Engineering in 2008 and has more than 14 years of experience in civil engineering. He is skilled in site development, infrastructure design and stormwater management.
With special expertise in water resource and dam engineering, Clayton is currently recognized as an Engineer of Record by the Georgia EPD Safe Dams Program and qualified to perform design work on new and existing high hazard dams in the State of Georgia.
Clayton graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his wife and three children.
