Mark joined Carter Engineering in 2004, and with more than 10 years of experience in civil engineering and site design, he has special expertise in stormwater management and conserving water resources.
Skilled in analysis of infrastructure capabilities and meeting engineering requirements in the most cost efficient way, Mark works with several municipal agencies in addition to Carter Engineering’s commercial clients on site planning, permitting and more.
Mark graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and volunteers for Carpenters for Christ, where he helps build churches throughout the eastern United States.
